Through a global network of local organizations, YES POWER provides a scalable and sustainable framework in which vulnerable youth led families are equipped to become safe and healthy, skilled for long-term success, and supported within their community.

We are delightful to inform you that our foundation, a French Foundation, is interested to move forward with the projects in Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia and in China. Professor Fidèle Gaston Comlanvi PANOU, has introduced you to us and we are happy to extend this Mandate Letter to him, Professor Fidele Gaston Comlanvi PANOU to collect payment, buy and Sell oil and gas, food and agricultural commodity to different region of the world in accordance with the accreditation and the allocation we got from refineries in Russia
Federation, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, and the foods and commodity in different parts in Africa, In Europe, in USA, in Australia, Canada and in New Zealand.
We could be interested to apply in BOT or in participation for the cross funding process by been
the investor or amongst the investors if our Mandate desires to do so, he will have our full support.
